For 5 years I owned and operated a 6 figure luxury event and retail floral business, building it into something I could have never dreamt of. My heart was torn between the two sides of my business I loved: Creating and Operations. I found myself constantly burnt out and never able to give either of them the time they deserved.

After moving to the world of customer operations, I realized I could bring those two experiences together to help other creative business owners. Now I am here to help you build better systems, wrangle the little details and get into the nitty gritty with you.

My deepest hope for you, dear reader, is that you get back to the thing you love: creating. That you can fall in love with your business again because you know there is someone in your corner helping you breathe a sigh of relief. In.... and out....

Qualifications

5 years building a creative business from the bottom (my parent's garage) to the top (3,500 sqft of retail and production space with 3 employees, 8 contractors, 6 figures and over 45 events a year)
2 Years of Virtual Assistant Experience with a focus on marketing, customer management and team building
Operations experience in a large corporate manufacturing setting
2 years of running an online Etsy business selling embroidery patterns and kits

Fun Facts

I have a beautiful craft room that could probably use its own project manager
When spending time in said craft room, I am quilting, knitting, journaling or sewing my own clothes
I am full of creative juices that are just itching for the next project
My two cute cats love to get in the way -- i mean -- keep me company
I spend way too much time thinking about Notion and SOPs
